The Rotational Finance Analyst will act as the interim Assistant Divisional Controller assisting with month end close activities, budgeting/forecasting, operational and cost analysis, and work closely with upper management.
Please Note The home office will be in Clifton Park, NY but will require frequent travel to various divisions around New York, Vermont, and Pennsylvania.

Exceptional work-life balance Great exposure across a diverse business Generous benefits package Future career growth Competitive compensation and bonus potential The Rotational Financial Leadership Analyst will be directly responsible for assisting with monthly-close procedures/processes, including but not limited to, posting journal entries, various account reconciliations, budgeting/forecasting aspects, researching and making adjustments as necessary, as well as, miscellaneous projects as assigned.
Key Duties &
Responsibilities:
Post journal entries to the general ledger Perform various account reconciliations and make adjustments as needed Present quarterly and yearly financial reports to management Perform general bookkeeping and organize financial forms, documents and receipts Ensure all financial transactions within the company are accounted for and follow legal standards Create personal and business invoices and request payment for services rendered Provide outside auditors with assistance; gather necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit Maintains knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures Perform other related duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of general financial accounting Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting software.
Education and
Experience:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, or related field, required.
At least four years of related experience required.
