This IS a FULL-TIME Position with BENEFITS! The Office Assistant will provide excellent customer service and perform clerical and administrative functions primarily relating to Sales.
PRINCIPAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES GREET visitors and handle their inquiries, ANSWER telephone providing information to callers, taking messages or transferring calls to the appropriate individual Accept deliveries and distribute to appropriate department or individual Check in and cash out service customers Manage service schedule Check In and Create files for new car arrivals Other office duties Required Skills:
- Must have customer service experience in a retail setting - Must have administrative support experience in an office setting - Must have excellent communication skills - Must Have Excellent Computer Skills Be Proficient with Microsoft Office and Email - Must have an excellent attendance record and be flexible Salary commensurate with experience.
