This will include participation in development of marketing communications, content marketing including video production, email marketing campaigns, website management, social media campaigns, branding initiatives, and search engine marketing and other items as deemed appropriate.
Essential Functions:
Plan, produce, and execute video content for the web, social media, and sales enablement.
Contribute to a content marketing strategy that includes video, social, email, and web content that drives leads, supports sales processes, and enhances brand awareness.
Create, develop, and update marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, product sheets, case studies, trade show materials, and other items as needed.
Create content for social media channels consistent with our corporate social media strategy.
Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions, opportunities to educate and inform, and promote partner and client content.
Utilize marketing automation platform to design and deploy campaigns for lead generation, prospect nurturing, partner relations, and client retention.
Assist in the enhancement of GTM's website by reviewing/updating content and proposing new ideas for improving the overall usability/functionality of the site.
Utilize digital marketing tactics like PPC, SEO, and email marketing to drive results.
Assist in the creation and development of integrated marketing campaigns comprising of - but not limited to - email marketing, landing pages, banner ads, and lead nurturing campaigns.
Analyze and update various marketing performance reports and metrics on a weekly basis.
Assist with tradeshow and event sponsorship planning and execution.
Perform various research tasks related to pricing, competition, partner relations, and other initiatives.
Perform other duties as may be required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Proven track record of video production.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts including strategies and best practices Working knowledge of Google Analytics, PPC campaigns including Google Ads, and SEO Ability to understand, interpret, and analyze data including lead scoring and lead automation Familiarity with marketing automation platforms a plus A knowledge of and interest in AI-driven marketing initiatives Knowledge of basic HTML WordPress experience a plus Adobe InDesign & Adobe Photoshop a plus.
Strong computer skills specifically Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in email marketing and familiarity with social media platforms Analytical, well-organized and detail oriented Exceptional interpersonal skills with a desire to learn from others Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of relevant work experience Success Factors:
Ability to work cooperatively across departments and within the marketing team High energy level and positive work attitude.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
