Job DescriptionKitware is seeking to hire highly skilled  C++ Software Developers to join our Scientific Computing team and contribute to our scientific and information visualization efforts. Candidates will work to develop and improve leading visualization software solutions. Kitware collaborates on a multitude of basic and applied research and development projects.  The projects include extending our open source C++ libraries and applications, such as VTK, ParaView, and CMake. You may contribute or collaborate with teams that:  Design and develop scalable data analysis and visualization tools for use by  researchers and professionals from various domains Develop and contribute to distributed memory parallel algorithms for data analysis and visualization Solve a wide array of problems ranging from developing distributed memory parallel algorithms for data analysis, optimizing distributed parallel codes tocompiling and maintaining software on supercomputers Design and develop tools to improve scientific data analysis workflows Contribute to the development of next generation data analysis and visualization tools including developing support for fine-grained parallelism onmassively threaded shared memory systems (e.g. Intel Xeon Phi and GPUs) Design and develop end-user tools for data analysis, visualization, simulation input preparation, modeling and many other scientific applications Contribute to and support our open source communities built around several of our open source tools. Qualifications Excellent C++11 or C++14 skills A minimum of a B.S. in computer science or a related field. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
